I am still in the mood for party food, even though the holiday season is over. That is one of the reasons I am grateful for the Super Bowl. It gives me a reason to keep the party food coming. For our family, it is all about easy snack food for the big game, and this really fits the bill. 4 ingredients. Okay 5 if you count the bread or crackers for dipping. Which I don’t. Or 6 if you count the chives I garnished with. But, strictly speaking, the dip itself is four measly ingredients! So easy and so good. Some recipes are so wonderful, in part because of their simplicity. This recipe has the simple thing going for it. The other part that makes this recipe so wonderful, is the taste. How can four ingredients make a plain peace of bread taste this amazing? When you taste the World’s Easiest Hot Onion Dip, you will think there are a load of gourmet ingredients. Not only that, it is fancy enough for the gals and hearty enough for the guys on game day. It’s good on chips, crackers, bread and veggies. And it is a cinch to whip up. A+ in my book! No wonder this recipe for Hot Onion Dip from a site called Real HouseMom’s is a hit!
This pin rocks!
